Not only do we use our own branded products, our turn hotline is available at anytime, 24hrs/7days a week for you. There are zero contract fees, you pay per unit accepted.

Recruiting & Interim Staffing

#3 Service Requested. Being short staffed not only cost you additional money, it puts your site needs behind. It causes delayed training, rushed staffing, and can lead to desperate decision making which backfires for everyone. Allow us to staff your property during the interim and not only assist with recruiting the ideal candidate for your site, but also offering them a 2 - 3 week training specific to your companies policies and performance needs. There are no additional recruitment, buyout, or hidden fee's.

On-site Team Training and Development 

This 4 - Day Bootcamp is an an all inclusive Monday - Thursday workshop hosted at one-of-three site locations (your choice), where we take your on-site team and their RPM off-site to learn, train, and develop our best practices, techniques, and skills from our partners and expert field team. After completing this 4-Day Bootcamp. Your team is going to be their very own industry elite professionals, dominating the sales force and reaching benchmarks. [ We've created a training series for Managers too ]

Our facilities crew makes up 2 or 3 of our maintenance team members. They assist with internal efficiency, safety compliance, and all emergency vendor related situations [ plumbing, sheetrock/drywall, extensive in-unit repair ],. This package is great when your property is struggling with vendor reliability, high volume work orders, inadequately staffed, or in need of proactive maintenance and porter needs.

Leasing and Marketing Campaigns

#1 Service Requested. Our lease up and marketing package includes all things leasing and marketing. We conduct the effort and provide an offboarding training upon departure to help maintain those efforts that include the following such as, but not limited to; Dashboard Management, Lead Follow Up Strategy, Closing Techniques, Prospective Marketing, Cross Marketing Strategy, etc.
